NOTE:

  • First, remove any oxidation and staining before application.

  1. Clean the surfaces thoroughly with (Step #1) TFS PRE-WASH.

  2. (Step #2) Apply 5 - 6 drops of TFS AVIATION PLATINUM to microfiber applicator until pad is saturated. Start with a 2’ X 2’ square section and wipe left to right until product is overlapped evenly.

  3. Once the product has flashed (rainbow look) and appears not to be wet, thoroughly wipe the panel with a microfiber towel to create a flat even finish.

  4. Move to the next section and repeat.

  5. Temperature and humidity will directly affect the flash time. To layer TFS AVIATION PLATINUM, allow 1 hour between coats. Pads and towels should be rinsed, bagged and disposed of properly.

    Note: Temperature and humidity will directly effect the curing time (flashing point) of Platinum. Test a spot before completely starting.
